Due to all of our products being custom-made, we do not currently offer refunds at this time. If a product has been damaged, did not come out as expected, or has been lost during transit, please reach out to us from the contact page to inquire about receiving a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Please be advised that not all order are eligible for replacements. Thank you.
